As part of our development, the headquarters of Christian De Boussac Automobiles is looking for a commercial secretary for its commercial fleet service (BtoB).

A true pillar of the commercial fleet service, you will ensure the quality and proper administrative management of the files, in close collaboration with the team.

• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the sales files of the fleet service (BtoB).
• Compile and control the delivery files of the vehicles.
• Manage the relationship with professional clients, partners, and financing organizations.
• Handle the registrations, orders, and follow-up of the vehicles until their delivery.
• Assist the commercial teams in the administrative management of their activity.
• Contribute to the quality of the service provided and the satisfaction of professional clients.

With a background in Bac to Bac+2 in management, administration, or commerce, you have successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the automotive sector within the Volkswagen group.

Prior experience within a concession of the Groupe Volkswagen is essential for this position.
