- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business administration or related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, preferably with some experience in HR medical field.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local regulations relating to Human Resources Laws, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, affirmative action, ADA, FMLA.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
