• 2+ years of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Proven experience as a Tool Room Machinist, Manual Machinist, Toolmaker, or Precision Machinist
• Strong background in tooling repair, tool fabrication, and precision machining
• Skilled in operating manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses
• Ability to work independently from prints and specifications with minimal supervision
• Experience maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship
• CAD, CAM, and CNC machining experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to support production in a deadline‑driven environment

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain extrusion dies, calibration tooling, sizing tooling, fixtures, and custom machine components
• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drill presses to produce high-quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Machine components to tight tolerances while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling to minimize production downtime
• Support manufacturing operations with quick turnaround on tooling repairs and modifications
• Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient tool room environment
