Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties, Responsibilities &
Qualifications:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide support with meals, hydration, and overall comfort needs.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans as directed.
- Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
