High school diploma or GED required. Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures. Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will Do As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Maintenance Technician supports business operations by maintaining the equipment, machinery, and building systems required for productive daily work.

This role requires technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency. Successful Maintenance Technician professionals understand preventative maintenance principles, equipment operation, and mechanical systems while adapting to changing maintenance priorities. They contribute to a safe workplace by identifying potential issues before they affect production. This position is well suited for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving problems and keeping complex equipment operating at peak performance.
