Accounting Associate

We want you to join our Client Accounting Services team in providing exceptional accounting services to our clients as an Accounting Associate at Haynie & Company.

• Previous bookkeeping and Quick Books online & desktop version experience
• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Basic computer and math skills, preferably with Excel and Payroll software skills
• Service-oriented written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Supportive and helpful, while producing highly precise and accurate work

• Expected compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 a year, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes, streamlining financial record organization
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing valuable insights, support, and education in their financial decision-making
• Streamline financial record organization to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to anticipate and elevate implications within client records
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards across software systems
