Flagstaff Collision in Flagstaff, AZ seeks an Auto Body Shop Estimator for a full-time, commission-only role. Earn typical annual earnings between $125,000-$200,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, a 401(k), uniforms, weekly pay, signing bonuses, and Christmas bonuses.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will estimate damages, manage repairs, and ensure profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
