We are seeking a Project Manager to organize, manage, and oversee complex residential, commercial, and government construction projects. Project types may include healthcare facilities, parks and recreation, civic and public infrastructure, and historical preservation projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversees cross-functional teams consisting of pre-construction, construction, and consulting professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
  • Delegates work and assignments based on team members  expertise, experience, and project timelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to successfully complete assigned projects with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Review and analyze plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Develop project schedules and communicate budget-conscious project requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare project estimates.
  • Implement and manage project budgets.
  • Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate project risks.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings, including preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Address project-related questions, concerns, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and process RFIs, submittals, change requests, and change orders.
  • Monitor manpower requirements and project progress.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, contractual, and industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and organize all project documentation.
  • Travel as required, including occasional overnight travel.

Required Skills
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction plans and specifications, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate material procurement and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts and project execution.
  • Ability to prioritize work and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn project-specific requirements.
  • Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related project management experience required.
  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Healthcare construction experience is a plus.
  • LEED accreditation or sustainable construction experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Ability to navigate active construction sites, including uneven terrain.
  • Ability to safely use ladders and access elevated work areas.
