NoteThis role requires 10+ years of hands‑on experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in public-sector project types (education, municipal, healthcare, or institutional). Candidates without direct commercial Superintendent experience will not be considered. OSHA 30‑Hour Certification is required. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Job Description- Lead all on‑site field operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring work is executed on time, on budget, and to spec
- Champion jobsite safety and enforce OSHA compliance standards across all crews and subcontractors
- Develop, manage, and drive project schedules using Primavera and Procore — staying ahead of schedule risks before they become problems
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to keep work flowing and milestones on track
- Interpret plans and specs to maintain rigorous quality control throughout the build cycle
- Manage inspections and ensure full code compliance at every phase
- Serve as the primary field point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers — building relationships that make projects run smoothly
- Apply Lean Construction and Last Planner System principles to improve efficiency and predictability on‑site
- Support project financial performance by identifying cost control opportunities in the field
- Mentor and develop field team members, building the next generation of construction professionals
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong track record in education, municipal, healthcare, or institutional project types
- Experience with new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements
- OSHA 30‑Hour Certification (required)
- Proven experience with CMAR, Design‑Build, or JOC delivery models
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam, Viewpoint V6, and Microsoft Suite
- Deep understanding of building codes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Working knowledge of Lean Construction and Last Planner System principles
- Preferred: experience leading projects in occupied or highly sensitive environments
