Position: (USA) Member Specialist

Maintain and organize the area of responsibility, handle returns, zone and arrange merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service at exits, review receipts, acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, and help members locate merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products and services, guide on self-service technology, process purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per policies;
Assist with securing Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity and maintaining logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures and comply with safety practices;
Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on processes, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver program rollout training, and support continuous learning and process improvement.
