Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates during Career Day to share opportunities in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations
• Explain company culture, performance expectations, and compliance standards to prospective applicants
• Collect candidate information, resumes, and interest areas for follow-up by recruiting and hiring managers
• Support on-site event logistics, including check-in, scheduling conversations, and guiding attendees
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify strong prospects for entry-level and leadership-track roles
• Provide basic information on benefits, training, and advancement opportunities
• Represent the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands professionally and accurately
• Answer candidate questions about roles, schedules, and work environment
• Promote a performance-driven, customer-focused culture to prospective employees
• Support follow-up communications and next-step coordination after the event
