Each dentist at our practice strives to help you receive the same level of dental care we provide to our own families with personalized cosmetic, restorative, and general treatments that are held to the highest standards.

We also provide pediatric dentistry, periodontal care, TMJ, dental implants, implant-supported dentures, hybrid dentures, and sleep apnea treatment, as well as some oral surgery procedures to maintain all aspects of your family’s oral health.

Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. From being the doctor’s right hand, to having the ability to connect with patients, and striving to provide the best patient experience, Dental Assistants are a key contributor to the success of our practice.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Friday 8 AM - 2PM

Compensation Range: $21 - $22 per hour based on experience

Qualifications

  • Prior Dental Assistant experience 1 - 2 years highly preferred
  • Prior working experience with Eagle Soft preferred
  • Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
  • X-ray certification where state regulations specify

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
  • Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
  • Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
  • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
