Elk Ridge is seeking a mission-driven Dental Director in Flagstaff, AZ. The Dental Director will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all dental services. • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of dental providers and support staff.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate dental staff.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion of services.
• Maintain a limited patient caseload as needed.
• Oversee risk management, infection control, and peer review processes.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active or able to obtain an unrestricted dental license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience.
• 3 years' prior leadership experience.
