Northern Arizona Periodontics is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join the founding team of our new Flagstaff office. This is not your typical dental front office position. Our Treatment Coordinators are educators, patient advocates, and trusted guides who help patients understand their periodontal health and confidently move forward with treatment that can change their lives. What Makes This Position Different?

You won't spend your day simply answering phones or scheduling appointments.

You’ll help patients:

  • Understand periodontal disease.
  • Learn why treatment matters.

  • Coordinate care with their general dentist.

You’ll become one of the most important people in a patient’s healthcare journey.

What You’ll Do
  • Present doctor-prescribed treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
  • Educate patients regarding periodontal treatment and long-term oral health.
  • Coordinate surgical appointments.
  • Maintain ownership of the provider schedule.
  • Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment.
  • Coordinate restorative care with referring dental offices.
  • Collect treatment fees prior to treatment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with front office operations as needed.
  • Help create an outstanding patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment.

Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Thursday
  • Approximately 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Training

Our new Flagstaff office is scheduled to open August 17, 2026
. Selected candidates should expect approximately three weeks of paid onboarding and training prior to opening, including hands‑on training with our established team in Cottonwood.
