We are seeking an experienced AV Manager for the High Country Conference Center located in Flagstaff, AZ. Offered salary range: $63,000–$68,000.

• Play a key role in planning and executing dynamic live events and meetings with cutting‑edge technology
• Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals to deliver exceptional service and support
• Ensure optimal performance and upkeep of all audiovisual systems across one or multiple sites

• Experience managing audiovisual operations, including video, audio, and live broadcast systems in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, ensuring every detail is accounted for from setup to wrap‑up
