We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Urology Physician to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with adult patients, utilizing your expertise to improve lives. Required Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Active Arizona medical license required

DEA license necessary

Minimum of 1 year of relevant Urology experience

Proficiency with Cerner EMR system

Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills

Experience working in hospital-based practice settings

Advanced training or certifications in urological procedures

Familiarity with multidisciplinary teams and APP collaboration

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

At least 1 year of post-residency Urology practice

Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care in hospital environments

Other Requirements

Active AZ license and DEA registration required for credentialing

Willingness to work a 24-hour, day-based 4x24-hour shift schedule (07:00 - 07:00)

Support staff includes APP during the day shifts

EMR proficiency with Cerner system necessary

Willingness to travel and obtain necessary certifications and reimbursements as applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $4,074.02, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage, referral bonuses, sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certifications.
