We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Urology Physician to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Required Skills

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona medical license required
• DEA license necessary
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Urology experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in hospital-based practice settings
• Advanced training or certifications in urological procedures
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary teams and APP collaboration
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• At least 1 year of post-residency Urology practice
• Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care in hospital environments

Other Requirements

• Active AZ license and DEA registration required for credentialing
• Willingness to work a 24-hour, day-based 4x24-hour shift schedule (07:00 - 07:00)
• Support staff includes APP during the day shifts
• EMR proficiency with Cerner system necessary
• Willingness to travel and obtain necessary certifications and reimbursements as applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $4,074.02, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage, referral bonuses, sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certifications.
