JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses:
Active Arizona license or IMLC; willing to license Board: BC/BE in Electrophysiology DEA:
Active DEA with AZ address

Certifications:

ACLS required

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiac electrophysiology care Perform and interpret specialized EP procedures Consult on 34 hospital cases per day and conduct 46 EP procedures daily Collaborate with Cath Lab team and other cardiac specialists Document encounters using Cerner EMR system
