Student Ministry Lead: Discipleship & Community

Responsibilities

• Leadership, shepherding, teaching to create discipleship pathways that move students from knowing about God to truly knowing God.
• Build meaningful relationships with students and families.
• Expand ministries as necessary to ensure expanding impact.
• Plan, organize, and execute student ministry services/programming.
• Develop ministry calendars, schedules, budgets, and goals.
• Recruit, screen, onboard, train, and retain volunteer leaders for MSM/HSM.
• Oversee middle school and high school ministries.
• Empower adults and students to own the Great Commission, actively participate in the 3 Habits, and live out the Core Values of the Church.
• Assist students in discovering their calling, taking ownership of their faith, and engaging in local and global missions.
