Under the general direction of the Gift Shop Supervisor and/or Hotel Manager and Director of Hotel Operations or Director of Marketing, ensures the efficient operation of the casino gift shop by greeting customers, responding to questions, totaling accurate bill, and accepting correct payment in a professional, courteous manner.
