Parking Lot Auditor – Flagstaff, AZ
Location: Multiple hospitality properties in Flagstaff
Base Pay: $18.35 per hour, depending on property
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
Status: Non-Exempt

Join the PMC TeamParking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations. You’ll monitor parking activity, audit vehicles and revenue, assist guests, and help maintain a safe, organized facility.
What You’ll Do- Issue parking tickets, process payments, and maintain accurate vehicle, receipt, and parking records.
- Complete vehicle counts, shift reports, ticket logs, and revenue audits; promptly report discrepancies.
- Inspect parking areas and report hazards, equipment problems, parking violations, and suspicious activity.
- Assist guests with payments, parking questions, and directions.
- Keep parking areas and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and property policies, maintain dependable attendance and a professional appearance, and perform other related duties.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Parking, auditing, cash-handling, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability for assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required only when driving is an essential duty. Applicable background and driving-record checks will occur after a conditional offer, consistent with applicable law.
Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork involves extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, using stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds when required. Employees work indoors and outdoors around traffic and parking equipment and use computers, mobile devices, payment systems, and radios.
