This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers with daily tasks, coordinating patient care, and managing medical records. Additional responsibilities include utilizing medical terminology, preparing treatment rooms, ensuring office organization, and supporting patients throughout their visits. Patient-focused care and professionalism are central to this position.

• Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Patient Care practices, including providing direct patient support and maintaining a compassionate approach
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology commonly used in mental health or healthcare settings
• Experience with Medical Office operations, including scheduling, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks
• Competence in maintaining accurate Medical Records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with a focus on patient wellbeing
• Relevant certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent credentials (preferred)
