• Create and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kitchen and lobby environment during and after service.
• Answer guest questions confidently using your knowledge of the hotel, amenities, local area, and events.
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Represent Drury Hotels with integrity, professionalism, and a service‑first mindset in every guest and team interaction.
• Deliver courteous, friendly, and proactive service with a +1 Service attitude

• Ability to conduct accurate food inventories and calculate appropriate order levels.
• Ability to speak, read, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
