All Ways Caring Home Care is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator/Trainer to support our Flagstaff branch with recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires and staff. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, at our Flagstaff office.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment, assist applicants, and help maintain compliance while partnering with local leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely onboarding.
