Oranje Commercial Janitorial is seeking a motivated, detail‑driven Cleaning Supervisor who takes pride in leading others and setting the standard for excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner ready to step into a leadership position or a natural leader who thrives on organization, accountability, and supporting a team.

• Supervise and support custodial staff across assigned locations.
• Ensure all work meets Oranje’s cleaning standards and client expectations.
• Train new employees and coach team members for success.
• Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues.
• Assist with hands‑on cleaning as needed.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding staffing, supplies, and site needs.
• Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

• At least 23 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (required for travel between sites).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• E‑Verify clearance.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred (but not required).

Mon‑Fri, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm.
PM shift:
Mon‑Fri, 3:30 pm – 12:30 am.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Pay: $22.00 per hour for both AM and PM shifts.

Full‑time.

Mid‑Senior level.
