• Manage the service department’s daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff, including technicians and service advisors.
• Maintain high customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments to streamline service processes and increase profitability.
• Monitor and manage department budgets, labor costs, and service revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of automotive service procedures and technologies.
