Arizona Snowbowl, located just outside of the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a high-agency, CEO-minded General Manager to lead the resort with an ownership mindset and drive the next phase of growth. In this role, you will work closely with Mountain Capital Partners to set and execute a multi-year strategy focused on our Skiing First mantra, guest experience, team culture, profitability, and resort investments.
The GM will play a critical role in shaping the future of Arizona Snowbowl and must possess a proven track record of leadership, a high standard of accountability and execution, and alignment with MCP’s purpose to Give People the Freedom to Ski. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the fastest growing resorts at MCP.
