Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full‑time Cultural Resources Project Manager to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our Flagstaff, AZ office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and managing all phases of cultural resources projects including survey, archaeological monitoring, testing, and data recovery.
  • Interacting with clients and land managers.
  • Producing technical reports.
  • Preparing scopes of work and cost estimates.
  • Meeting project scope, schedule, and budget obligations.
  • Conducting quality control/quality assurance reviews of field data and reports.
  • Conducting local fieldwork as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferred) in Anthropology or a related field.
  • 6+ years of cultural resources management experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years of archaeology experience in the American Southwest.
  • Experience leading archaeological permits in Arizona.
  • Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
  • Experience with energy transmission, distribution, and generation projects (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and digital literacy.
  • Cooperative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average.
