Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a full‑time Cultural Resources Project Manager to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our Flagstaff, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and managing all phases of cultural resources projects including survey, archaeological monitoring, testing, and data recovery.
- Interacting with clients and land managers.
- Producing technical reports.
- Preparing scopes of work and cost estimates.
- Meeting project scope, schedule, and budget obligations.
- Conducting quality control/quality assurance reviews of field data and reports.
- Conducting local fieldwork as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferred) in Anthropology or a related field.
- 6+ years of cultural resources management experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of archaeology experience in the American Southwest.
- Experience leading archaeological permits in Arizona.
- Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
- Experience with energy transmission, distribution, and generation projects (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and digital literacy.
- Cooperative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average.
- Competitive salary: $68,640–$89,440 annually based on experience and education.
