Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles and secure loads with strapping, bracing, or padding.;
Perform load-building by determining weight, composition, and placement to ensure balanced and safe hauling.;
Read work orders or follow oral instructions to identify materials to move or load.;
Transport materials within storage to designated areas using hand trucks, electric dollies, forklifts, or similar devices.;
Open containers and loads using appropriate tools; attach labels for correct identification.;
Adhere to safety procedures and participate in safety meetings; suggest safety improvements as needed.
