Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

Annually, the Nestlé Purina team in Flagstaff proudly mass manufactures 280,000 tons of dry pet food from our Dog Chow®, Beneful®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Alpo®, and Pro Plan® brands. Our factory also proudly contributes to environmental stewardship by conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the daily dock schedule and yard inventory. Through your work with various leaders, you’ll help to ensure timely and accurate loading of outbound product, as well as providing loading information and completing paperwork.

• Execute dock schedule
• Prioritize and distribute orders to case pickers and loaders
• Rank finish‑up loads and make product cuts if necessary
• Print BOLs and check out carriers
• Perform month, quarter, and year‑end close
• Support forklift operators with product availability and inventory maintenance requests
• Coordinate inbound carriers with guards and coordinate dock‑door PM with maintenance

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 9PM‑5AM.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of clerical/clerk experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment

The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $40,000 – $55,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
