Christ's Church of Flagstaff is a growing, multi-generational church located in beautiful Northern Arizona. Since launching in 1984 with two families, God has continued to grow His church into a thriving congregation of approximately 1,000 people each weekend. (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./

We currently offer three identical Sunday morning worship services at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 a.m., along with thriving ministries for children, students, college students, adults, and families. In 2026 we’ll complete an exciting expansion that includes a 6,000-square-foot lobby addition and a weekday coffee shop designed to create even more opportunities for people to connect with one another and with Christ outside of Sunday mornings.

Everything we do is centered around personal engagement in the Great Commission.

Our Student Pastor will have responsibility to oversee the middle school and high school ministries. Student ministry is successful when both leaders and students personally own the Great Commission, participate actively in the 3 Habits, and live out the Core Values of our Church. A healthy student ministry is led by a pastor who empowers both adult and student volunteers, one who doesn’t do everything necessary by themselves but inspires, trains, supports, and releases others to do what is necessary to accomplish our mission and vision.

Another indicator of success is that our student ministry is actively helping students discover their calling, take ownership of their faith, and engage in local and global missions—including our church’s specific calling to the Saharawi people. In this position you will have the support of our entire church family to reach this next generation of students in Flagstaff.
