Full-Time | 8-hour shifts
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💡 What You’ll Be Doing- Lead QAPI & Quality Improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits, chart reviews, and compliance monitoring
- Review CASPER reports + build performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OBRA, and VA regulations
- Oversee infection prevention, surveillance & trending (McGeer criteria)
- Run Infection Control & QA Committee meetings
- Prepare for state surveys & regulatory inspections
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and deficiencies
- Train and educate staff on quality & compliance best practices
- Active RN or LPN license (Arizona)
- Experience in Quality, Compliance, QAPI, or Infection Control
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations
- Analytical mindset + strong communication skills
- Background in skilled nursing / long-term care
- Experience with survey readiness & audits
- Passion for process improvement and education
