How you make a differenceAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s), you will deliver patient education, activities, and clinical services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through strong communication and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as needed.
- Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures.
- Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
- Communicate patient information to nursing staff, physicians, health‑care unit supervisory personnel, and other staff as necessary.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Full‑time;
Day schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 12‑hour shifts.
