RN, Surgical Assistant, RN Nurse

3 x 12-hour shifts, nights (19:00 - 07:00), with call required.

We are seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator who will be responsible for circulating and scrubbing in a high-volume operating room setting. This role requires proficiency in general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neuro surgical procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

• Assist in the operating room by providing nursing support during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulatory duties including patient assessment and monitoring.
• Coordinate surgical cases and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Handle surgical instruments and assist in surgical scrubbing as needed.

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, specifically in a Level I trauma center.
• Experience with high-volume orthopedic, trauma, and spine cases.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
