Junxion Med Staffing is seeking an RN operating room nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Flagstaff, Arizona, starting 07/06/2026.

• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• Level I trauma experience (Level II acceptable)
• Experience in general, orthopaedic, spine, trauma, and neuro (craniotomies) settings
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous charge or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong focus on neuro, trauma, endovascular/vascular procedures

• Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair
• Abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy
• Administration of blood & blood products
• Anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF)
• Amputation
• Anterior cervical fusion
• Colporrhaphy
• Appendectomy
• Arteriovenous fistula repair
• Arthroscopy
• Bilateral tubal ligation
• Carotid angioplasty
• Carotid stenting
• Carotid endarterectomy
• Cholecystectomy
• Craniotomy
• Hernia repair (inguinal/umbilical)
• and additional procedures as needed

Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.

Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Hana Table, or similar systems is a plus.

Maintain facility quality and patient safety standards, including medication administration (BCMA). Scrubbing experience for RN staff is a plus.
