Experience:
Minimum 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH

What You'll Do:
- Provide advanced practice support for adult cardiothoracic surgery patients in the CVICU/step-down unit
- Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver perioperative care
- Participate in patient management including temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, and A-line placement
- Support 10-15 patients daily, alongside assisting in 1-2 scheduled surgeries per shift
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documenting patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Support beeper call shifts (3 PM – 7 AM) as needed
What You Need:
- Certification & Licensure: AZ RN/NP license, DEA, ACLS & BLS, NCCPA-certified or eligible
- Experience:
At least 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery, proficient with EVH technique - Key
Skills:
Strong clinical skills in cardiothoracic perioperative care, team collaboration, critical thinking
