RN PreOp PACU

• Assesses the needs and conditions of assigned patients
• Develops a plan of care individualized to the patient
• Collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals
• Evaluates patient conditions frequently and adapts plan of care appropriately
• Maintains infection prevention standards

• Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required within 90 days of hire
• Must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position

Demonstrates expertise in patient assessment, individualized care planning, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Maintains high standards of infection prevention and adapts care plans based on ongoing evaluations of patient conditions.
