Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, conduct physical assessments, monitor patients during procedures, and document care.
- Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and assess patient care, ensuring staffing compliance.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory policies under supervision, participating in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred, including dialysis experience.
