As seen on Food Network, voted Flagstaff's Best Restaurant, Fat Olives is now hiring for catering crew members to assist with off-site catering events. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for teamwork & hospitality. The ideal candidate works well in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high sense of organization.
Responsibilities- Assist with prep work
- Set up mobile kitchen at off-site events
- Cook wood fired pizzas
- Serve guests at the buffet line
- Assist with kitchen breakdown
- Previous cooking, prepping or catering experience preferred
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Able to adapt to new environments
- Eye for detail
This position will require an advance commitment to scheduled events from now through the end of October. There is also potential for additional shifts to become available in the restaurant if desired. This position is perfect for students or those looking for a 2nd job.
CompensationThe hourly wage (including tips) for the cater crew position ranges from $18.00-$25.00 hourly, depending on event size.
