Job Responsibilities- Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
- Provide excellent customer experiences, be friendly, and engage with customers. Connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. Commit to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations, proactively attracting potential customers to further drive sales activity. Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 Months Of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred).

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
