As the Store Manager at Sunglass Hut in Flagstaff, AZ, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic retail location in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include driving store performance by achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will also oversee inventory control, scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies, including retail loss prevention measures.
This position calls for a proactive individual passionate about leadership, customer satisfaction, and results-oriented retail management.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with a focus on creating exceptional shopping experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Operations, including staff training and performance management.
- Understanding and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect store assets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in leadership roles within retail is desirable.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
