Account Manager Lead role with Swire Coca-Cola USA. The Account Manager Lead represents Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional salesperson to assigned existing and prospective accounts, promotes growth and development of Coca-Cola and allied products, executes promotional activity, and ensures accounts are merchandised in accordance with Swire standards.

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers at each customer location and place product orders to maintain sufficient inventory for consumer purchases.
• Manage and equip customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers and all points of availability, ensuring proper stocking, maintenance, and rotation per company standards.
• Supervise merchandisers and collaborate with bulk delivery drivers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built per company standards and store management expectations.
• Rotate products to follow a first-in, first-out stocking system and organize products on shelves.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items to increase sales.
• Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming details with the Key Account Manager and customer location general manager.
• Maintain back-room stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation; write up credits and confirm credits are ready for pickup by bulk driver.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Driver's License required
• 1+ years retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience required
• Ability to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices
