Starlink Sales Specialist

Overview

Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal) – Best Buy 1084, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

Pay: $17/hr base, up to $4/hr performance bonus (total up to $21/hr).

Schedule:

16‑20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday required. Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26.

The role involves recommending Starlink residential and mobile internet products to customers, acting as subject‑matter expert and providing an interactive shopping experience.

• Showcase the latest Starlink services and illustrate how they can enhance customers’ internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally with a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and create a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
• Operate primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule.
• Adapt to local retail store environments, respect hierarchies, and adhere to operational policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ownership of a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android.
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance.
