We are looking for Assistant Managers and Managers to lead the daily operations of a Shoe Palace store. The incumbent will hire, develop, and motivate a team, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Hire, manage, and motivate the team to perform at a high level.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
• Assure customers receive an outstanding experience from the team.
• Lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures at all times.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong people skills and the ability to grow a team.
• Computer savvy.
• Honesty and loyalty.

• Experience selling athletic shoes.
• Experience working with a growing company.
• 2 years of retail management (preferred).

Pay Range: $21.50 – $21.50 per hour.
