Community Relations Coordinator | Highgate Senior Living – Flagstaff, AZ
Compensation: $60000.00–$70000.00 per year plus commissions

Drive the sales process—build relationships, host tours and events, and grow move‑ins.
What you’ll do- Manage inquiries, tours, and follow‑up through the CRM
- Plan and host marketing events and outreach
- Track competitive intel, pricing, and positioning
- Coordinate move‑in logistics with internal teams
- Own pipeline reporting and sales metrics
- Excellent communication—in person, phone, virtual, and email
- Empathy and persistence with a customer‑first mindset
- MS Office + CRM comfort; organized and goal‑oriented
- Ability to balance shifting priorities and deadlines
- Relationship builder who thrives on helping others
- Direct sales roles in services or hospitality
- Marketing, networking, or community outreach
- Senior living or healthcare exposure
- At least 21 years of age
- 2+ years in direct selling roles
- Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
- Current negative TB test; background check
