Job Summary
As a Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS), you will represent T‑Mobile within a warehouse or club kiosk, engaging customers, demonstrating products, and delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers, using digital tools to educate and showcase T‑Mobile’s benefits.
- Complete comprehensive training on the store‑in‑store experience, product knowledge, and operations, continually improving skills.
- Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, exceeding service expectations and driving sales activity.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).
- Demonstrated passion for customer advocacy, balancing experience with performance goals (Required).
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues (Required).
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required).
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Hourly base pay of $19.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days of training, eligible to promote to Mobile Expert and earn an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees receive a guaranteed $20/h inclusive of base and incentives.
