In-Store Lead Generator

Overview

Ace Home Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit.

• Work in-store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call‑center role)
• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements
• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune‑ups (think “oil change” for your A/C system)
• Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy

We’re looking for dependable, people‑focused professionals who enjoy conversation, staying busy, and helping customers understand their options. Ideal candidates bring:

• Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment
• Reliability, integrity, and a team‑first mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Part‑time position
• Sales appointment setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores
• Ability to work weekends is required

• $16‑18 per hour guaranteed, with commission up to $32 hourly
• Daily/weekly spiffs

• Previous sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
