Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. The role requires a natural ability to start conversations, motivate a team, and drive sales to maximize profits. You will lead a group of sales staff, set a positive example, and maintain a clean, organized, and inclusive store environment.

• 18+ years old.
• Open availability during weekends.
• Excellent sales and natural leadership skills.
• Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging.
• Knowledge of the latest trends, fashion, and shoes.
• A strong desire to work hard and be successful.
• Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• Preferred behaviors: loyalty, teamwork, leadership, enthusiasm, dedication.

• Preferred experience:
  
  2 years cashier, 3 years customer service, 2 years leadership.
• Pay range: $19.00 – $19.00.
