Realtor Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
• A proven background in prospecting for new home sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and build process
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Lasso CRM system
• Commitment to act with integrity
• Understanding the home loan process

• Previous new home sales experience working directly for a new home builder, required
• Must have an Arizona Real Estate License
• Ability to work on Saturdays, evenings & some holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office or CRM software is advantageous
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping customers are essential qualities for success in this role
