Compensation: $2,500 Monthly Guarantee | $3,000–$20,000+ Per Month

Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona is looking for motivated, professional Sales Associates to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced automotive sales professional or have a proven background in retail, hospitality, furniture, wireless, or other commission-based sales, we want to hear from you.

• Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchase process
• Build relationships with new and repeat clients
• Generate leads through phone, internet, referrals, and showroom traffic
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technology
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

• Automotive sales experience is a plus
